We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to create visually engaging and user-friendly modern websites. In this role, you will transform initial concepts and MVP-level interfaces into polished, responsive, and production-quality user experiences. You should be comfortable designing within modular and scalable frontend frameworks, consistently delivering clear, cohesive, and engaging interfaces. You'll collaborate closely with our development team to ensure intuitive designs and seamless user interactions across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative, responsive, and scalable web interfaces for internal platforms, portals, dashboards, and workflow-based web applications.

• Elevate initial concepts and MVP interfaces into high-quality, production-ready user interfaces.

• Develop comprehensive, modular, component-driven design systems in Figma, with clear documentation for seamless developer handoff.

• Align UI designs closely with backend services, user journeys, and specific functional needs.

• Collaborate closely with product and development teams.

• Actively engage in asynchronous communication, daily standups, and progress reviews via Microsoft Teams, Confluence, and Jira.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, demonstrated through a visually impressive portfolio of modern websites and applications.

• Expertise in creating responsive designs and intuitive user experiences.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams to refine and elevate designs.

• Proficiency in Figma, particularly with reusable component creation.

• Experience with UI-generation or rapid-prototyping tools (e.g., WebSim, Bolt).

• Familiarity with reviewing or interfacing with frontend frameworks such as React and Node.js, and comfortable working with GitHub repositories.

• Excellent visual hierarchy, meticulous attention to detail, and an understanding of responsive design across various browsers and devices.

Bonus Points For:

• Basic understanding of frontend coding practices (HTML, CSS, React) for effective developer collaboration

• Experience with schema-based layouts and backend integrated user interfaces

• Comfortable designing for logic-driven, workflow-intensive, and form-heavy applications

• Ability to quickly enhance and refine initial designs or automatically scaffolded UI frameworks
