We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Assistant Vice President (AVP) of Digital Marketing Analytics & Reporting to lead the measurement, analysis, and optimization of our digital marketing channels. This role is responsible for tracking performance and delivering actionable insights across our website, social media, email marketing, paid search, paid advertising and other digital initiatives.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in data-science analytics, is highly proficient in data visualization and dashboard creation, and can effectively translate complex data sets into strategic recommendations. This is a highly visible role that will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, Product, Sales and Compliance teams for data-driven business outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing or related field; Master’s preferred.

7+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership or strategic role.

Strong hands-on proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics.

Hands-on experience with dashboard and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).

Proficiency in data analysis languages/tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python or R.

Demonstrated ability to translate data into business insights and influence strategic decision-making.

Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Marketo/AEM Sites/Target).

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with an ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in financial services within asset/wealth management (a plus) or other highly regulated industries.

Familiarity with digital attribution models and customer journey analytics.

Knowledge of data privacy frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as it relates to digital marketing.
