Delve Deeper is a Performance Media Agency focused on helping clients grow their customer base by integrating the power of Tech & Data in Media. We deliver digital marketing management, first-party data science and consulting, and adtech/martech systems integration & reselling on a global scale. The ideal candidate has a passion for storytelling, a strong grasp of nonprofit communications, and experience managing content lifecycles from ideation through deployment. This role is central to campaign success, ensuring each channel including email, SMS, website, organic social, paid media, and emerging platforms is aligned in message, voice, and engagement strategy.
BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field; 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing content/copy creation, preferably with an agency or consultancy; 4+ years of recent hands-on experience managing digital marketing operations; Experience working with fundraising, advocacy, or membership campaigns; Working knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Classy, BBCRM or SFDC; Familiarity with SEO, accessibility standards, and content analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.); Basic HTML or visual editing skills; Strategic thinker and creative storyteller; Detail-oriented with a proactive, collaborative approach; Mission-driven with a passion for nonprofit work and social impact;
