Role Overview: Could you be our next Digital Marketing Manager? Globe Life is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the management of digital marketing campaigns and initiatives for the department under the guidance of the leadership team.
This is a hybrid position located in Culver City, CA (WFH Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday).
What You Will Do:
Oversee the management of existing digital marketing campaigns. Business development to identify and scale new advertising partners and opportunities. End-to-end project management. Plan and execute new digital marketing campaigns under the direction of upper management. Facilitate A/B Tests across all digital channels and websites. Report on campaign performance and provide executive-level summaries. Allocate responsibilities and direct junior members of the marketing team as needed to execute the high-level strategy of the management team. Analyze KPIs & make recommendations to improve performance. Brand monitoring and competitive intelligence. Manage media relationships. Research and test new types of media. Investigate new self-service digital advertising platforms and become an authority on their capabilities. Education and mentorship of direct reports and junior members of the marketing team. Maintain & further develop internal processes for digital asset management and other areas of compliance, including Cloudinary (DAM solution) organization & utilization and project managing ad creation/approvals with compliance.
What You Can Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 8+ years’ digital advertising experience. Minimum 2-3 year’s experience in manager role or senior digital marketing position. Comprehensive understanding of Google & Bing Paid Search advertising strategy & marketing best practices. Must have experience managing large advertising budgets for direct response campaigns (eg not Branding). Strong familiarity with campaign creation & reporting in self-serve digital advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola Ads etc.). Firm grasp of performance metrics and KPIs across most/all digital channels. Experience working with large datasets and using 3rd party analytics tools, such as Google Analytics. Proficiency building reports in Microsoft Excel (Tableau also acceptable). Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills. Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle pressure and shifting deadlines. Must be web-savvy and have ability to teach themselves new technology. History of Programmatic buying/ DSPs a plus, but not required.
