We are looking for a technically skilled and adaptable Web Developer & IT Support Specialist to join our team. This onsite role will primarily support our Marketing and IT departments by managing website development, assisting with digital platforms, and providing basic technical support across the organization. Technical Skills: • Strong grasp of user experience (UX) principles and accessibility considerations • Experience with Magento and e-commerce tools • Proficiency in HTML and CSS; JavaScript or PHP knowledge is a plus • Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, HubSpot, and SproutSocial is a plus • Comfortable with desktop operating systems (Windows and macOS) • Basic familiarity with Windows Server OS (2008–2022) • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Entra • Office 365 Portal administration experience • Familiarity with Sage and Crystal Reports is a plus • Experience with remote support tools and basic networking • Front-end and back-end web development experience • Understanding of hosting environments, domain management, and DNS configuration • Familarity with website security best practices and protocols
Other Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3–5 years of relevant experience • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds for equipment setup • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Completion of a Behavioral and Cognitive Assessment through the Predictive Index • Must pass a company background check and limited drug screen (excludes marijuana)
