This role involves developing and maintaining high-impact websites that support critical services like Medicaid MMIS and Health Insurance Exchange. You'll collaborate with big 3 consulting firms and US State Governments to create responsive, user-friendly digital solutions.

• Proven experience as a Website Developer/Designer with WordPress knowledge • Strong graphic design skills and a compelling portfolio • Expertise in front-end technologies: CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery • Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps • Proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design tools • Knowledge of code versioning tools like Git, Mercurial, and SVN • Experience developing responsive websites and web applications • Comfortable using debugging tools such as Firebug and Chrome Inspector • Understanding of RESTful APIs (JSON, XML) and PHP back-end development • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
