DentalPlans.com is seeking a talented Senior Full Stack Web Developer to lead the development of e-Commerce websites using WordPress. This role will be an integral part of our development team for redesigning, developing, and maintaining our flagship website. The right candidate will work on all areas of the system development life cycle, from requirements gathering to final release. This is a hands-on development position requiring custom coding using PHP for WordPress plugins and API integration with backend systems. We are looking for a team player who accepts challenges and enjoys partnering with UX/UI designers to create delightful experiences for our customers.

5+ years of web development experience with scalable e-commerce sites Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Proficiency in front-end and back-end development for WordPress Experience with WordPress VIP hosting, Gutenberg, PHP Code Sniffer, XML-RPC, Jetpack, Query Monitor, pipelines, and databases Experience with WordPress Multisite and WooCommerce Proficiency in PHP, interfacing with APIs and Microservices Knowledge of data caching and MySQL Skills in SASS, JS, jQuery, HTML5, Bootstrap, and CSS3 Experience with Jira, Bitbucket, Git, and Pipelines Expertise in WordPress theme structure and functions Strong planning, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to build partnerships across all levels
