We are seeking a passionate and motivated Junior Application Developer proficient in Java programming to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of Java-based applications while collaborating with a team of experienced developers and IT professionals.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)

3 years of relevant experience

Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns

Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.)

Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and learn new technologies quickly

Previous internship or project experience in Java development would be advantageous
