We are hiring a Full Stack (React Native/MERN) Developer with fintech and trading API integration experience. Note that the candidate applying needs to be physically located in the United States of America for this role.

Projects You’ll Be Working On: • As an agency, you will be working on several innovative projects aiming to push the limits in healthcare, fintech, edtech, crypto, and on-demand space.
Your Responsibilities Include: • Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs • Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements • Install and configure server environments for React deployments • Maintain and update project dependencies as well as fix any conflicts • Working with other JavaScript developers and software engineers to develop front-end and back-end architecture that’s well structured and flexible, along with the APIs to support it
• Strong experience in React/React Native, NodeJS, MongoDB, Express, and NextJS. • 4+ years of experience building production-level mobile apps. • A knack for consulting others on how to best achieve a feature for scalability and their business goals (as opposed to waiting for instructions on how to build a feature, or building something the first way that comes to mind). • The ability to "figure it out" when you hit inevitable roadblocks. • Desire for a team-first approach, radical transparency, thoughtful disagreement, and constructive feedback (both giving and offering). • Desire for constant learning and a dynamic change-up in project opportunities. • Accountability for deadlines, matched with a proactive discussion of deadline adjustments. • Mental fortitude to handle a relatively high-stress environment that comes from tighter deadlines and rapid development cycles.
