Scion Technology has been engaged to conduct a search for a Workbrain Developer on behalf of our client, a growing technology-driven organization. This is a direct hire opportunity that offers the flexibility to work fully remote within the U.S.

We are seeking an experienced Infor/Workbrain Developer or Techno-Functional Consultant who can lead full-cycle implementations and customizations of INFOR WFM (Workbrain). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skills alongside strong functional understanding of Workbrain modules and will be capable of driving high-impact system enhancements and integrations.

Key Responsibilities: • Configure and implement INFOR WFM (Workbrain), with emphasis on versions 2022 and 230424. • Design and develop custom reports, interfaces, and integrations with internal enterprise systems. • Work with core modules including Time and Attendance, Scheduling, Labor Forecasting, and more. • Analyze existing custom code and translate into documentation to inform development processes. • Create detailed test scenarios and test cases, and coordinate client approvals. • Contribute to full lifecycle implementations and upgrades in collaboration with cross-functional teams. • Maintain clear, organized documentation and effective communication throughout project execution.
