ServiceNow Developer

Location: Onsite 3 Days/Week – Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC

6 month contract, plus extensions • W2 only, No partnering or C2C*

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. The role requires strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration, with a focus on ITSM. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite in Downtown Atlanta, Charlotte, or Raleigh.

Key Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration • Strong background in ITSM; experience with ITOM and SPM is a plus • Expertise in: • Change Management • Service Catalog • Workflows • Order Guides • Flow Designer • Minimum ServiceNow Certified System Administrator required • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification highly preferred • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
