Develop Python scripts to automatically convert legacy SW test scripts from Provetech/XML to Tracetronic ECU-Test environment. Develop and maintain automation scripts for ECU-Test using Python, APIs, and structured scripting (e.g., provetech/XML). Handle basic GitHub-based workflows (PRs, branches, repository setup). Design test utilities following internal utility development standards. Support ECU integration workflows and align test strategies with internal standards. Drive test automation development on SCALEXIO HiL system (incl XCP communication, library handling, diagnostic interactions). Collaborate with internal teams to collect requirements and deliver solutions aligned with project timelines. Contribute to ECU-Tesdt Hi-Lo setup configuration and support execution of Reliability tests. Publish testing results to dashboards using TestGuide and manage API integrations for external visibility.

Python programming with a strong understanding of: Data structures, reusable functions, object-oriented design. Debugging, syntax, and integration with AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot). Basic hands-on experience in ECU-Test. Proficiency in using APIs (reading documentation and generating new ECU test artifacts). Good conceptual grasp of test scripting structures (set/get functions, parametric calls, loops) and XML-based test automation. Prior exposure to GitHub for code development and collaboration (repo setup, PR workflow, history tracking). Familiarity with the Dspace HiL platform: model interactions, diagnostics, library integration, and automation structure. Understanding of HiL setups and workflows, including reliability test execution. Experience or familiarity with TestGuide dashboard tools (can be learned on the job). BSCS/BSEE plus min 3yrs. of relevant experience required.
