My client is seeking a highly experienced Full-Stack Engineer to play a key role in leading the day-to-day development and product execution. You'll work closely with the CTO, owning core parts of the stack and helping to turn high-level strategy into tangible features and scalable architecture.

To be successful, you must possess and be able to demonstrate extensive experience in Python, React, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy/ postgreSQL coming from a Financial Services environment.

Key qualifications: • 5+ years in full-stack roles, ideally within financial or highly regulated industries. • Strong backend expertise in Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, and PostgreSQL. • Solid frontend experience with React, TypeScript, and modular, component-based design. • Experience working within microservices architectures, with decoupeated services and shared abstractions. • Familiarity with multi-tenant, multi-entity, and multi-currency system design. • Understanding of asynchronous processing using tools like Celery or RabbitMQ. • Practical knowledge of AWS services (e.g. ECS, S3, CloudWatch, ElastiCache) and DevOps workflows using Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines. • Strong focus on security, authentication, and auditability, particularly in financial systems. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and clearly articulate technical decisions.
