Seeking a proactive, team-oriented C++ developer with a strong focus on results. This hands-on role requires strong C++ and SQL skills. The role is a mix of initiatives and BAU work, requiring 3 days in-office presence.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of proven experience as a C++ Developer, preferably in the capital markets or trading domain. • Strong understanding of trading systems, financial products, and market operations. • Strong SQL and related DB skills – indexing, transaction management (Sybase/Oracle/MS SQL). • Good working knowledge of software configuration management systems - bug tracking, source control, build management (JIRA/SVN/Git/Cruise Control). • Familiarity with development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Agile, TDD). • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
