• 5+ years of experience in backend software development. • Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming. • Deep understanding of HTTP and RESTful API design. • Solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and their tradeoffs. • Experience with data modeling and design patterns. • Familiarity with serialization formats such as JSON, XML, or ASN.1. • Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments, including scripting and system configuration. • Experience designing and deploying systems for high availability and multi,site environments. • Understanding of network architectures and performance tuning. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and respectfully.
