Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.

5+ years of proven experience as a C++ Developer, preferably in the capital markets or trading domain.

Strong understanding of trading systems, financial products, and market operations.

Experience with real-time data processing and high-frequency trading strategies is a plus.

Familiarity with development tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Agile, TDD).

Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
