Our client, a Major Hedge Fund, is looking for a hands-on Lead C++ Engineer to help design and deploy new low-latency Smart Order Routing and Matching Engine for the firm. This is a greenfield opportunity to lead the design and build of a latency-optimized trade matching engine for internal liquidity.

• Proven experience building scalable, low-latency execution platforms or smart order routers • 6+ years of experience engineering trading systems or execution infrastructure • Strong programming skills in C++ • Java experience is a nice to have • Deep understanding of order routing, internalization, and electronic liquidity workflows • Solid knowledge of industry-standard messaging protocols (e.g., FIX)
