Robert Half’s client, a well-established organization in Wisconsin, located approximately an hour northwest of Milwaukee, is seeking an experienced Origami Risk Forms Developer / Consultant. This role supports a growing backlog of digital transformation projects within their HSE (Health, Safety, and Environmental) operations. It’s a hands-on opportunity focused on form development, workflow optimization, and internal knowledge transfer.

• Proven hands-on experience with Origami Risk, particularly in form and workflow development • Strong understanding of SDLC processes within Origami Risk • Proficiency in XML, HTML, and data modeling • Experience designing mobile-first and QR-enabled forms • Ability to train and mentor internal team members • Experience establishing SOPs and internal best practices
