• Experience that includes 6+ years of relevant work experience. • In depth knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices, ITIL Foundation certification required. • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, Angular, .NET, C#, SQL Server) and software development tools. • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database management. • Experience with version control systems Team Foundation Server (TFS) and continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) pipelines. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as documentations. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. • Must be versatile, able to work effectively independently or as part of a team on multiple projects simultaneously. • Experience managing a team. • Completed Bachelor’s degree.
