Seeking a seasoned Data Analyst/Technical Lead with 10+ years of experience to support BI and data platform migration initiatives in an onshore role. The ideal candidate will have deep SQL expertise, strong communication skills, and experience leading or coordinating projects across global teams. A background in BI/reporting migration and working closely with business stakeholders is essential.

• 10+ years of experience in data analysis, SQL development, and data platform projects. • Strong experience working as an onshore tech lead or coordinator on large-scale data initiatives. • Expert-level SQL skills—comfortable analysing, writing, and optimizing complex queries. • Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift, including SQL migration and performance tuning. • Proven track record in BI and data migration projects (e.g., Teradata/Hadoop to Redshift). • Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL pipelines, and modern data architectures. • Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau and/or SAP BusinessObjects (Must Have). • Agile mindset—proactive, accountable, and delivery-focused. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. • Collaborative team player comfortable working across technical and business domains.
