Masters or higher in quantitative fields e.g. statistics math computer science 2+ years of experience in data analysis data wrangling dashboarding and reporting Experience in data analyses using SQL Experience in programming/modeling in Python Understanding of statistical concepts and practical experience applying them (in A|B testing causal inference ML etc.) Ability to operate collaboratively and efficiently in a fluid ambiguous environment Ability to handle highly sensitive information; Effective interpersonal and time management skills Experience analyzing on-chain crypto data Data engineering skills with a willingness to perform data documentation work to improve data foundations as needed
