DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Creates riser diagrams, flow diagrams, material lists, sequence of operations, panel layouts, termination details and schedules. • Modifies drawings for as-installed project documentation. • Performs sizing calculations for control valves and dampers. • Makes product selection based on project estimate, job requirements, regulatory compliance, and engineering standards. • Completes panel check-out. • Other duties may be assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED: • Preferred experience with Microsoft Visio, AutoCAD, HVAC/PLC controls, and understanding of HVAC equipment sequences of operation. • Knows HVAC systems is required • Design Controls system experience required • Electrical knowledge (teachable) • Visio /AutoCad LightElectrical and controls background

WORK SET-UP: • Remote

COMPENSATION: • $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience and skills

(Plus, Year-end bonus based on personal performance, which can be up to 12% of their annual salary. This is pro-rated when someone starts.)
