Veronica Beard is seeking a creative and passionate Assistant Designer to join our Knitwear team. The Assistant Designer is responsible for supporting the design team in all areas including sketching, creating tech packs, creating flats and CADs, updating boards, and taking notes for the team. This role reports directly to the Knitwear Designer and is based in our NYC office.

• 1+ years of Design (internship included)
• MUST be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Excellent eye for color, proportion, trend, and detail
• Must be driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple deadlines.
• Good communicator
• Passionate about fashion and eager to grow within a creative team
