We collaborate closely with the US business, bringing insights and challenging ideas to empower smarter, data-driven decision-making. The UX Designer Associate Director supports the UX Design Director by focusing on the operational execution of UX strategies and ensuring the seamless implementation of user experience initiatives. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day design activities, optimizing user interfaces, and ensuring that all digital products meet user needs and organizational standards.

Execute the strategic vision for UX design by managing the day-to-day operations of the design team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and project timelines. Oversee the creation and refinement of user interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, efficient, and consistent with brand guidelines. Conduct regular usability testing sessions and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
