Job Description

The User Experience Designer will lead the design and implementation of intuitive, engaging, and cohesive user experiences and interfaces across our digital platforms. This role is responsible for understanding user needs, business goals, and technology capabilities to deliver top-notch user-centered design solutions. This position will collaborate closely with the Project Management team, the Development team, the Automated Testing team, the Marketing team, and end users. The User Experience Designer will lead the user experience strategy, ensuring alignment with the bank’s digital goals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong portfolio showcasing User Experience and User Interface projects and processes. Proficiency in User Experience design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
