CP Brands Group is seeking a detail-oriented Tech Pack Designer to join our dynamic Childrenswear Apparel team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating comprehensive tech packs that serve as essential communication tools between our design, production, and manufacturing teams. This role requires a strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and industry standards. Responsibilities include developing detailed tech packs, collaborating with designers, ensuring accuracy, serving as liaison with factories, updating tech packs, sourcing materials, and maintaining quality assurance.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or related field. 2+ years experience creating tech packs for children's apparel. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, PLM, Photoshop, CAD. Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively.
